Everything is perfect! The staff is really nice and friendly, he's available 24/7. I am female and i traveled alone at that time, at 2 AM there was a sound on my door like someone was trying to open my door. I called the desk and he answered right away within 2 rings! He asked me if that person disturbs me and assured me it'll be fine as my door and next room's door are literally next to each other so I might get mistaken and to call him right away if theres something wrong. The next morning I met him on the elevator and I thanked him for answering my call in the midnight (as I was super scared when that happened) and he smiled saying it's his job and he's happy to help others. Such a sweet guy! The bedroom is also beyond my expectation. Some bad reviews so I expected an old room, but to my surprise it was so clean and comfortable. I think they did some renovations or smth bcs the room seem new. The room looks so much better than the picture. The location is also perfect, only 4-5 mins walk to metro and bus station. The areas are full of restaurants and supermarket so it's a perfect location for a female solo traveler like me as when I got back to the hotel after midnight there were still some people on the street like closing their restaurants and stuff so you'll feel safe. Overall, had a great time staying here! :)

The hotel staff was with the best🥰 I will be back just for them. Also, it’s so close to the Metro. And breakfast was good👍🏻 (The breakfast was in the bed 🛌)
